Trivia[]
Fenrir is a mythological creature from Norse mythology, depicted as a giant wolf. He is the son of the god Loki and giantess Angrboda. The Norse gods were terrified of Fenrir growth and power, thus instigating them to trick Fenrir into being bound with Gleipnir. Fenrir, who did not trust the gods to release him later, would only do so if Tyr put his hand in his mouth. After the gods refused to release him, Fenrir bit off Tyr's hand.
The giant wolf will remain bound until Ragnarok, where he will break free and devour Odin.
