The potion of healing when quaffed will restore a small quantity of health to a target creature, well as additional healing properties.

  • Dungeon (chance to find in chests or lying on the ground);
  • Dipping a potion into a fountain of health;
  • Emporium (sold if available).

Quaffed or Fed[]

  • [Tested] Blessed: Grants +2 HP permanently if quaffed at full HP;
  • [Tested] Uncursed: Grants +1 HP permanently if quaffed at full HP;
  • [Tested] Cursed: No effect if quaffed at full HP.
  • Restores a small amount of health if wounded;
  • Cures sickness;
  • Revive dead pets via feeding on dead body.

Thrown at Creature[]

  • [Tested] Blessed: Heals +1 HP on target (full health), also damage -1 HP from potion impact. One potion in creature's inventory also destroyed;
  • Uncursed: Untested;
  • Cursed: Untested.

Poured on Item[]

  • [Tested] Blessed: Removes all burn, corrosion, or rust from 2-3 items;
  • [Tested] Uncursed: Removes 1-2 levels of burn, corrosion, or rust from 2-3 items;
  • Cursed: Nothing happens.

Tips[]

  • Potions can be sold to the shopkeeper;
  • Unidentified potions can be identified by a shopkeeper with two stalls;
  • A wounded pet will quaff this potion even when it has not yet been identified;
  • A hungry pet will quaff this potion even when it has not yet been identified, when there is no other potion with higher calories;
  • Warning! Pouring a healing potion on a pet who died while being full or choking will not revive it. Its throat is restricted, yet the poured healing potion will appear in the dead pet's inventory.
